During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. grab33 reserves the right to reject any registration or terminate any account found to have provided false or misleading information at any time without prior notice.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the grab33 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment details — is a serious violation that will result in the freezing and termination of all associated accounts.

03Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your grab33 account login details, including your username and password. You must ensure that no other party has access to your account.

Grab33 recommends that you:

04Deposits and Payments

08Acceptable User Conduct

09Account Suspension and Closure

Grab33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process;
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Multiple account usage by the same individual;
• Requests from competent legal authorities;
• Business decisions made by grab33 at its sole discretion.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, grab33 reserves the right to hold all funds in your account while an investigation is conducted. If the breach is proven, those funds may be forfeited to grab33 in accordance with the rights granted under this Agreement.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the grab33 support team. All eligible fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once the required verification process has been completed.

10grab33 Limitation of Liability

Grab33 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grab33 hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services.

Grab33 is not liable for:

• Any service disruption caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Delays or failures caused by factors beyond grab33's control, including internet disruptions, hardware failures or natural disasters;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the grab33 platform;
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers and game providers.

Grab33's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Grab33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the grab33 platform, unless stated otherwise.

Your continued use of the grab33 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which grab33 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration procedures established by grab33.

Before initiating any formal arbitration proceedings, you agree to give grab33 the opportunity to resolve any dispute through customer support channels within 30 days of the dispute arising. If no resolution is reached within that period, either party may proceed with arbitration.
